Your Monthly Donor Program Roadmap (Free!)

Know where you stand. Know what to build.

Most nonprofits I talk with don’t have a monthly giving program yet — they’re trying to figure out how to start one. This free tool gives you a clear, honest roadmap for what to put in place across your website, donation form, email, and social channels to launch monthly giving well from day one.

Already have a program running? I’ll review what’s there instead, and tell you honestly what’s working and what isn’t.

What this is — and what it isn't

This check-up is genuinely free. No bait-and-switch.

No "free" that turns into a sales funnel the moment you fill out a form.

I built this because the organizations that most need help launching or fixing a monthly giving program are the ones least able to pay for that kind of guidance. If you walk away with a roadmap that helps you build or strengthen your program and you never hire me — that’s a win. That’s the whole point.

That said, I’ll be honest about this too: some of the organizations I do this for become clients. Not because I push them there, but because they see the plan, realize the work is bigger than they have capacity for, and want help actually doing it. That’s a conversation I’m glad to have. But it’s never the price of admission.

This is a good fit if…..

You’re ready to start a monthly giving program — or you already have one and want an honest outside perspective on what’s working and where the gaps are. Either way, you don’t have time for theory. You need someone to tell you what to actually do next.

This is free because…..

The organizations doing the most important work are often the ones operating on the tightest budgets. Good fundraising guidance shouldn’t be locked behind a price tag. Expensive access to good fundraising strategy is an equity problem — this is one small way I try to do something about it.

What happens after…..

You’ll receive a written plan by email — a build roadmap if you’re starting from scratch, or a full findings report if you already have a program — plus a prioritized list of recommendations. There’s a short follow-up survey. And if you want to talk through what you read, I’m always happy to get on a call. No obligation, ever.

What you'll get

Two paths, one tool.

Starting from scratch: you’ll get a build roadmap — the sequence of decisions and setup work to launch monthly giving well: platform and donation form setup, your ask and messaging, email and social foundations, and a simple project plan to get it live.

Already have a program: you’ll get the full channel check-up — ten channels reviewed, every finding prioritized, every recommendation written for the real constraints of a small nonprofit team.

sections titled 'Full channel review', 'Quick wins first', and 'Prioritized roadmap'. Each section contains a brief description of review and planning tips for website development, donation forms, landing pages, email platforms, social bios, and project management.
section titles 'Benchmarked to the best', 'Naming & messaging', and 'The honest assessment'. Each section has an icon: a trophy, a speech bubble, and a chart, respectively.

This is a real report — run on Cat Care Society (where I am a board member!) and their monthly giving program, The Cat-alyst Club. The organization, findings, and quick wins are all genuine.

Below is just a piece. Most reports are 15–20 pages!

How it works

Simple on your end. A little more involved on mine — which is exactly how it should be, whether you’re building or auditing.
